Surgical Dental Assistant
Fast paced dental practice with two locations. We are looking for a reliable and dedicated dental assistant with Periodontal and Oral Surgery experience. Part time position available. If you want to be part of a professional and growing practice, then we may be the right office for you.

Job Details-

• Assist the doctor during dental procedures
• Create a smooth, efficient and care free experience for all patients
• Digital X-rays
• Prepare tray setups, sterilize equipment and maintain adequate supply levels
• Charting in computer including updating medical record history, existing conditions and treatment planning.
• Comfortable talking to patients about treatment

Job Requirements

• CDA/RDA Certification welcome but not required
• 2 year Surgical Dental Assistant experience
• Working knowledge of Dentrix a plus
• Upbeat friendly disposition
• Motivated self-starter
• Reliable, punctual and responsible
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policy
• Must be willing to work in both our West Babylon and Patchogue locations
