Answers all incoming calls and operating the paging system in a timely/accurate fashion with friendly/courteous manner. Maintains communication during emergencies, performing duties under stressful situations. Initiates all emergency plans immediately according to hospital policy.
Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent typing/computer skills, communication skills. Excellent customer service skills.
