This position is responsible for providing end user support for a wide range of technology issues. Responds to requests from end users and provides tier 1 and 2 support related to agency systems including electronic health record, PC hardware, network, phones, and other software systems. This position assesses user skills and develops training programs. Monitors, and updates all equipment to ensure reliable system operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Related Field preferred. Will consider experience in lieu of education.
- Experience in information systems preferred.
- Must possess and maintain a thorough knowledge M365 platform
- Must be proficient with Windows 10 operating systems

Must be proficient with Windows 10 operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with SQL reporting and cloud based applications preferred.
