Description:

Looking for an Expert Systems Administrator/Engineer with 10+ years of experience. High level role so you will report directly to the IT Infrastructure Manager.

The Expert Systems Admin/Engineer is responsible to maintain, upgrading and manage our software, hardware and network.

This person's main responsibility to is to maintain the tech infra and ensure that it continues to run smoothly. This person will be maintaining their Windows Server environment, handling escalated issues from the tech support team, assisting with cloud migrations, patching, software licensing, O365, Active Directory etc

Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
• Cloud computing skills such as familiarity with cloud applications like Office365, AWS and others.
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN/WAN) and patch management
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills are a key part of the successful day-to-day tasks.
• Microsoft Systems Administration experience
