Systems Assembler | $17+/hr - DOE
Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
An established manufacturing company located in the Humboldt, IA area is hiring a Systems Assembler to join their team! The Systems Assembler must be safety focused, detail orientated and have a good attendance record! This position will work on first shift, 7am - 3:30pm Monday-Friday and pays $17+/hr - depending on experience. This is a great temp to hire opportunity! Come work for a leader in the design and manufacture of material handling systems and components in the Humboldt area!
Responsibilities:
- Mechanical assembly of conveyor systems (section assemblies, assemble shafts on pulleys, motors on reducers, sprockets, chain drives and total drive packages on machines)
- Terminate and determinate master control panels
- Use of air and electric hand tools
- Read and understand conveyor and system drawings
- Set up and tear down of shipments
- Safety focused at all times
- General housekeeping of work area
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Industrial electrical work and assembly
- Must be able to read and interpret drawings and other instructions including pneumatics, mechanical and electrical
- Must have an assembly/mechanical aptitude
- Must have strong attention to detail and have good measuring skills
- Strong work ethic and good attendance record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Prior assembly experience is a PLUS!
