Position Summary
Responsible for technical software supporting, trouble-shooting functions and resolving complex information technology customer issues. Specific duties include:

Conduct training sessions and seminars
-
Resolve technical client issues
-
Test products and applications
-
Document processes and application instructions
-
Support and troubleshoot software issues
-
attend meetings, sessions and other company events
-
Support various state regulatory requirements, ensure compliance with business practices and accurate revenue reporting
-
Manage large data analysis and troubleshooting while supporting various phases to ensure system functionality to ensure accurate data and ability to validate and perform necessary adjustments/updates as needed
-
Develop comprehensive Microsoft Excel functional sheets used to trouble shoot application variance and support corrections as needed for specific unit(s)

Create direct channels of communication with software and application technical services to ensure project completion with minimal delays and/or complications
-
Identify business trends utilizing real data and compile analysis reports that are utilized by developers and follow-up on same

Assist with development of comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all stakeholders up to date with project progress; and

Determine and document user requirements for business processes and implement requirements for future projects
Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or foreign equivalent)

Must have successfully completed University level courses covering the following topics:
Database skills using SQL,
Programming Skills using Java
Computer networking knowledge
Software engineering fundamentals
Using SSRS for data analysis and reporting
Drug test, background check required.
