POSITION
The ideal candidate for an Integration and Upgrade Specialist will be a highly creative and self-motivated problem solver with the organizational agility to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, as well as have the interpersonal savvy needed to manage a diverse customer base with diverse priorities. In addition, this individual needs outstanding listening skills and the ability to translate customer requests into technical functionality within the parameters of the software products they implement.

Our customers need someone who is more than just technically adept but also creative, compassionate, and driven for results to help customers achieve their vision.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build the customer’s menu using point of sale software
- Ensure software implementations are completed on time, within scope
- Ensure customer brand consistency across products
- Train customers on use and maintenance of the strategic products they have purchased
- Manage changes to the menu build and how those changes impact related products
- Communicate implementation statuses via defined tools and processes
- Report and escalate to supervisor and project managers as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Customer focused and will work on behalf of our customers as their advocate - navigating waters of installation deadlines and looking out for their overall customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications:
- College Degree
- Experience in Restaurant Management, Restaurant Point of Sale implementation, Technical Support, Project Management, or Customer Loyalty Marketing
- Ability to take on new challenges with a results-oriented attitude
- Problem solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Experience with CSS and HTML. Basic understanding of VPN and networking.
