Bluegreen Vacations is seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner at our Patrick Henry Resort in Williamsburg, VA. They will be responsible for supporting 3 locations within Virginia and New Hampshire. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for a variety of roles within our organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in full-cycle recruiting, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for a variety of roles within our organization
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create recruitment strategies
• Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract and engage with potential candidates
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the role
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist with interview logistics
• Conduct reference and background checks on potential hires
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop and implement new recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Attend job fairs and networking events to promote our employer brand and meet potential candidates
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for a variety of roles
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
