Description: We are looking for a part time contract Sourcer who will drive top-of-funnel recruiting efforts and play a vital role in our growth. As the talent attraction team's front line, you will be a critical part of Accelerated Growth’s ongoing evolution as we continue to pioneer the outsourced accounting industry. Responsibilities: *
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
- Craft and send recruiting emails
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Drive diversity focused research and coordinate efforts to find diverse talent
- Be metrics driven, continuously measuring results to best improve processes and maximize results
- Promote our employer brand online and offline
- Maintain candidate databases
- Assist with the prescreening and delivery of active and interested candidates
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to execute sourcing strategies that align to business needs
- Strategically source by using the internet, job boards, job postings, referrals, networking, our internal database, and any other resources to find potential candidates
Requirements: The ideal candidate will be performance-driven that can pair a global mindset with locally relevant execution. You should be a gritty problem solver and self-starter. The successful candidate will display a balance of hard and soft skills, including the ability to respond quickly to changing business needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience required sourcing for accounting or finance roles
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
- Self-starter, creative problem solver, and thrives under limited supervision
- Able to work effectively both in a team environment and independently under tight deadlines and pressure
- Strong organization, prioritization, project management, problem solving, research, writing and communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft applications, and strong technical aptitude
- An eagerness to learn, personable demeanor and demonstrated ability to interact in a team-oriented environment
- Results oriented and data-driven approach
- Strong focus on quality and integrity
- Resourcefulness and creativity
- Ability to take direction, work independently, and perform detailed to ensure tasks are completed and deadlines are met as required
