Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is partnered with the Talent Acquisition Consultant and hiring leader to understand staffing needs as proactive and innovative sourcing strategies are designed to meet the critical staffing needs of the organization. Serves as a Brand Ambassador ensuring consistency of employer brand as used to attract diverse top talent. Creatively cultivates a solid candidate pipeline for anticipated and ongoing needs. Provides an exceptional experience for leaders and candidates through timely and accurate communication and demonstration of Cone?s promise to ?Be right there with you?.
Responsibilities:
Through development of a close and trusted partnership with the Talent Acquisition Consultant, the Talent Acquisition Sourcer develops a complete understanding of staffing needs so that a creative and innovative strategic sourcing/recruitment plan is established to attract top talent
Develops and executes proactive, innovative, cost effective, recruitment/sourcing strategies to target a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Performs advanced sourcing including thinking outside of the box using social media, internet and data base mining. Develops relationships with professional organizations, community agencies, colleges and schools, to identify and recruit a diverse slate of candidates for all positions.
Uses all available resources to identify passive candidates. Makes cold calls presenting opportunities at Cone Health to candidates to candidates who may not be actively searching for a career change.
Provides recommendation through an informative presentation of candidates submitted for TAM and/or hiring leader review.
Provides recommendation for best media site usage and manages those contracts, maintains and reports metrics for site results. Continuously searches for new sites, organizations or methods to promote positions.
Performs structured screening and assessment to ensure applicants meet both job and organization requirements.
Documentation is current and accurate in application tracking system, this includes job posting content, applicant tracking and responses, anecdotal information and other required data.
Maintains and reports recruitment Metrics for assigned departments/key jobs on a regular scheduled basis. Provides regular and timely communication with TAM to update status of searches.
Maintains knowledge and ability to clearly and confidently articulate the Cone Health Total Rewards program to candidates, promoting Cone as the Employer of Choice.
Serves as key contact for referred candidates, identifies best fits, provides candidate direction on how to engage in the recruitment process and follows up with 3rd party referrals.
Develops and maintains network and database of potential candidates for future reference including the pipeline of passive candidates.
Develops self as an elite, top performing customer obsessed, expert in the area of professional sourcing/recruitment through continued education, literature searches, networking, webinars and professional association meetings. Demonstrates strong professional development through provision of a premier level service line to the entire client base including the recruitment team, hiring leaders and candidates. .

EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:
BA/BS in a related field.
Relevant work experience may substitute for required education.

3 years of full cycle Talent Acquisition and sourcing field required.
Application Tracking experience
Intermediate or advanced level experience using electronic media, social networking, internet research, candidate mining and professional organizations to source candidates and build talent pipelines
PREFERRED:
Healthcare industry experience.
Prior project/program management
Experience with INFOR ATS
