We are looking for:
We need an exceptionally talented Recruiter to help us find the best talent to support our growth. You will work with a close-knit leadership team. Your focus will be on driving recruiting strategies and candidate generation. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to our customers and meets customer service level agreements.
- 1+ years technical recruiting experience working in a medium to high volume hiring environment
- 2+ years corporate recruiting experience working with entry level positions
- 2+ years sourcing for various roles, including but not limited to mid to senior level roles.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring manager to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within American Valet's mission to deliver the highest quality service to their clients
- Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent
- Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies
- Experience recruiting in the customer service/hospitality environment
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Successfully built scalable recruiting programs and processes
- Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams
