CargoBarn's Talent Acquisition Specialists will help take recruiting efforts to the next level. This includes representing the company at numerous college career fairs in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Texas and South Carolina. CargoBarn's Talent Acquisition Specialists utilize and navigate numerous job posting sites, seeking out top talent to help our company grow. They not only source and conduct phone interviews, but also schedule interviews with management, perform follow-up and make job offers.
