Job Opportunity – TA Specialist with Bush Business Enterprises in Mason, OH

As the TA Specialist with BBE, you will perform and manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition to hire quality candidates across the organization. In this role, you will partner with management on finding top candidates to fill job openings.

You will act as a strategic business partner to supervisors and managers to build strong relationships throughout the company to foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. You will employ contemporary sourcing strategies and continuously cultivate and build relationships with strong potential talent to create a pipeline for future roles. You will also act as a liaison between new staff and management to effectively onboard new hires.

To be considered you will have:

• College degree in related field preferred, such as Marketing or HR.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite and social media recruitment methods.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Ability to work autonomously and to deal with ambiguity
• Proven organizational skills demonstrated by ability to multi-task and operate in a fast—paced challenging environment
• Social media knowledge
• Understanding of recruitment niches especially focused on passive candidates
• Strong communication skills including excellent writing and proofreading skills
• Experience writing content for print and online media
• Networking skills (internal and external)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to act on findings
• Demonstrated teamwork and service orientation
