The Talent Development Facilitator II serves as a business line consultant to leaders diagnosing learning needs and creating solutions to meet business needs and goals. This position coordinates efforts in the development of short and long-term learning strategies by working collaboratively across the organization. This role is a thought-leader who designs and maintains employee development solutions within a specified line of business including new hire training, continuous employee development, and works with managers to reinforce the learning within the workplace.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Implements end to end learning strategies, including the design and development of learning content, accompanying collateral, marketing, communications, and evaluation methods.
  • Organizes and delivers learning programs, meetings, and events to transfer knowledge and prepare employees to be successful in their roles.
  • Partners with business leaders, human resources partners, the Learning Solutions team and other subject matter experts to identify and develop development curricula that drives business line performance.
  • Manages project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of business processes and systems requirements.
  • Maintains a consistent pulse of employee development trends, resources, and practices.
  • Acquires and applies knowledge of all aspects of learning and development to leverage the interconnectivity of various learning solutions and measures changes in business performance.
  • Determines learner capabilities and learner needs by reviewing job requirements, experiencing the learner’s environment, connecting with learners and leaders closest to the role, and evaluating key.
  • Turns innovative and creative ideas into solid proposals and executable plans that link to organizational priorities.
  • Leverages media and technology in innovative ways to enhance participant experience and transfer of knowledge and skills
  • Serves as a mentor for less experienced individuals within the department.
  • Completes annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned and keeps up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it relates to the job function.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Adult Education, Business Administration/Management, Instructional Design required
  • 5-7 years experience training groups and individuals on knowledge, skills and/or abilities required
  • 5-7 years of financial services experience preferred
  • 3-5 years experience using remote technology and virtual learning methods required
  • 3-5 years managing projects or project teams required
  • Experience consulting on Talent Development issues to enhance performance across a function or organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead influentially, drive performance, and build alignment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influence skills.
  • Capability of working autonomously or collaboratively as part of a team
  • Demonstrated expertise in methods and tools for successful identification, design, development, implementation, and measurement of learning solutions.
  • Ability to work in a challenging matrix environment with multiple competing deadlines
  • Ability to project manage and drive and manage change that results in positive impact
  • Experience and proficiency with LMS Systems (e.g., Adobe Prime)

The targeted salary for this role is:
$75,000.00
