A position at Rinehart Targets offers an opportunity to be an essential component in a growing archery target industry leading company. We're looking for self motivated, hard working individuals who would like to become an integral part of our team.

Duties: Working with various sized fiberglass molds

• Molds vary in size from about the size of a basketball to the size of a person or larger.
• Job requires that safety equipment be worn at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills required:

• Working with hand/power tools (this aspect of the position requires grasping of various work materials ranging in weight from a few ounces to a few pounds throughout the entirety of the shift).
• Efficiently working by oneself or on a team
• Stand for a ten-hour shift
• Ability to lift 20-80 pounds

Hours:

First Shift and Second Shift

Monday – Friday: 5 am – 3:15 pm; Monday -Friday: 3:30 pm - 2:00am

Wages:

Starting at $17 per hour, $18per hour for 2nd shift

Benefits:

15 minute break, and 10 minute break - Paid

1/2 hour lunch - Unpaid

Paid Weekly

Health Insurance eligible after 60 Days

Vacation: 1 week after 90 days, 2 weeks after three years, 3 weeks after 5 years

Holiday pay available after 90 Days

Retirement: Simple Plan 3% Employer Match

Production Efficiency, Attendance and Christmas Bonuses are available to those that qualify.

A pre-employment drug screen is required.
