Childress Vineyards’ award-winning Tasting Room & Gift Shop is seeking a team member who believes that all of life’s winning moments should be celebrated. A fast-paced winery owned by NASCAR team owner, Richard Childress, is currently seeking a highly motivated individual who’s ready to exceed expectations in day-to-day operations and guest hospitality. The ideal fit for this position is someone who has a team-oriented mindset, a readiness to learn and grow and finds joy in making others happy. You will be working directly with the Tasting Room manager, and closely with the entire Tasting Room team. Job specific requirements include the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and can provide outstanding customer service. Prior retail and buying experience, as well as some wine knowledge, is preferred.

Must be able to lift 45 pounds and be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time.

This position requires work on weekends and holidays, as well as occasional night shifts and special winery events.

A background check and drug screening will be required prior to employment.
