Who We Are Looking For:
- An understanding of how to create and execute DAP lesson plans for your age group. We will provide training for the use of Creative Cirriculum.
- Staff who are able to bring warmth and display patience to the children.
- Must be able to encourage growth and development.
- A Team Leader who can create a child-friendly, nurturing environment.
- An understanding that the number one priority for any staff member and child at our centers is safety.
Education:
- Applicates must hold at least a CDA or an Associates Degree in ECE or a similar field and have at least two years experience working with children.
- CPR and First Aid Certification Preferred
- Staff must be responsible for the children while keeping a visual surveillance on them
- Must be able to meet state-specific guidelines for employment
- Staff must communicate clearly to children and parents
- Staff will be required to be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
- Outdoor and Indoor work is a requirement
