Qualifications
? Auto Collision Certificate of completion or equivalent

? Must have at least 6 years of experience in Automotive Collision, Refinishing, and Repair, 10 years preferred.

? Must possess or be able to obtain an ASE certification in one (1) of the following: ASE-B2, B3, B4 and /or B6 within 2 year of employment

? Must have one (1) or more I-Car certifications in: Structural repair, Aluminum repair, welding.

? Must be proficient in all aspects of Automotive Collision, Refinishing, and Repair to include: plastic repair, frame repair equipment, removal and installation of airbags and sensors, vehicle scanners for pre and post vehicle operations, refinishing procedures, vehicle detail operations, and computerized and written estimates.

? Must have good written, verbal, and communication skills.

? Must be able to maintain student records and files, Must be able to requisition materials and supplies used in the instruction of students

? Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Responsibilities

? General Duties: Develop lesson plans and organize curriculum materials

? Create and maintain a desirable learning environment for students

? Establish rapport with the students and business partners

? Work well in a team environment.
