Basic Function
Overseeing Domestic Recruitment services and support to address moderately complex problems or issues in an area of HR while maintaining the integrity of the company’s policies and practices. Provide services to Aramco Services Company (ASC) and its US subsidiaries. Responsible for management duties of a team tied into full cycle recruitment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide team management responsibilities for a team of four
- Perform the sourcing, recruitment, advertising, onboarding, and relocation activities for domestic staffing
- Recruit passive candidates and gauge for fit and motivation, rather than simply sell a role
- Advise candidate expectations and negotiate candidate compensation
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth assessments of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios
- Manage all candidate communication and engagement
- Develop sourcing strategies and use techniques such as direct sourcing, data mining, and networking to identify and attract quality candidates
- Develop a pipeline that generates candidates to meet the future talent needs of the business
- Advise ASC employees and/or managers in assigned area described below; ensure that employees, candidates, and students receive equitable treatment and receive HR services as authorized; ensure that actions initiated by the departments are according to schedule and within policy; resolves related problems
- Collect and analyze information relevant to assigned area; proposes solutions to complex problems by reviewing, interpreting and evaluating available data
- Perform activities within assigned area such as implementation and maintenance of specialized systems or programs, databases, and internal procedures
- Perform special projects, long-range studies, and related activities, which are often technical in nature and may involve several different HR functions
- Perform other duties and participates in special projects as assigned
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field of study
- Seven plus (7+) years of progressive recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation and engagement in an agency or corporate environment
- Five plus (5+) years of experience utilizing recruiting tools for sourcing and candidate/applicant management, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM and ATS systems, web search, and other sourcing products
- Ability to build relationships by the phone and in person with top tier talent and key stakeholders
- Domestic recruitment experience in the US required
- Experience with intern & graduate programs is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a “fast-paced environment”
- Understanding of HR theory, the HR Lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, performance management, etc.)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations affecting assigned area
- Must be able to comprehend and communicate accurately, clearly and concisely in English
