- Upon hire, complete and maintain certification in all required training, including CPR/FA and Crisis de-escalation training, as provided by Star Choices Inc.
- Daily document electronically work support given and work completed.

Providing mask, gloves, hand sanitizer, gowns, and other PPE. Have specialized protocols for high risk and Covid positive patients receiving support as/if they occur.

Team Leader (Front-Line Supervisor) job announcement. Star Choices Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides person centered, community based supports to people with disabilities. We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Team Leader in the Hall County, Flowery Branch, GA area.
Job Duties will include but are not limited to:
o Supervising Direct Support Professionals (Staff that work directly with individuals whom experience disabilities) Supervise Staffing to support individuals that experience disabilities that are supported in group residences, Host homes, and in personal residence. Providing 24/7 phone emergency assistance and if needed physical assistance on a rotation. Providing initial/ ongoing training with assistance from Program Coordinator to new/ current staff, Monitoring documentation of support provided to the individuals we support. Hiring, developing, and firing of staff. Making 2x Monthly visits to each person supported. Monthly compliance expectations. Track documentation needed to bill Medicaid for reimbursement. Reviewing documentation as needed for quality and content.
Educational Preferences:
Bachelors Degree; One year professional experience in the support of individuals with disabilities Supervisory experience is highly desirable.

$18 – $20 Per Hour
