***Team Supervisor***
Shift: Evenings/Overnights
Minimum Starting Rate: $17.50/hour
In this position, you’ll receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.

As a Team Supervisor (TS), you’ll be a night owl leading a small team on various shifts. You are self-motivated, energized by a fast-paced environment, and inspired to promote a positive work environment for your flock of associates.

What you will do:
- Ensure excellent customer service is being delivered. As manager on duty, respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
- Champion established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, and standards.
- Coach, motivate, and train associates.
- Recognize your associates and celebrate achievements on shifts.
- Execute leadership by delegating and prioritizing tasks.
- Communicate company roll outs and initiatives, as well as share associate feedback with leaders.
What you will need:
- Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environment preferred
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work 35 – 40 hours per week
- Ability to work primarily overnight (3rdshift), including weekends and holidays, based on needs of our 24/7, 365 business
