Responsibilities Include:

• Creates a welcoming and fun environment for the Team
• Develop team capabilities through consistent accountability and daily training
• Is responsible for delegating and executing food prep, fruit dipping and production and help as needed
• Ensures all orders including next days orders placed before 3 pm are produced, tagged and logged to Edible standards
• Ensures all deliveries are completed before 7 pm
• Responsible for addressing any guest inquiries or complaints at start and end of shift
• Addresses any unsuccessful deliveries and reschedules at start and end of shift ensuring all orders are done and marked in the system
• Ensures store is clean and food safe at all times, temp log and daily cleaning executed
• Responsible for weekly and monthly inventory done every Sunday or Monday
• Orders fruit and baked goods daily/weekly as needed
• Communicates time and attendance issues to Leadership for correction as well as any other employee or performance issues
• Communicates any staffing gaps or issues on their shift to Leadership
• Phones are being answered and staff is being trained to resolve guest issues and take orders/upsell daily
• May sometimes be required to go on deliveries if needed or pick up product at other stores

Goals

• Bulk of Today's production done and on the road by 11am
• Any next days orders placed by 3pm done before end of business day
• Deliveries completed before 7pm
• Store clean, safe and ready at all times complying with QA
• Inventory counts submitted on time every day
• Fruit and baked goods ordered and on hand at all times

Billingual a plus

Requirements:
*Must be at least 18 years of age.

*Must have a drivers license

If hired, you will be required to work some Weekends, all Holidays, and the days leading up to the holidays as this is our busiest time (Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and Valentine’s Day etc), plus other Hallmark Holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Weekend availability

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Food Handlers Permit (Preferred)
