The Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing exemplary support to both our internal teams and our clients by ensuring a smooth and successful configuration and implementation of the SyncHR solution. The Technical Consultant will work as part of a larger implementation team to ensure all client deliverables are met.

What YOU will be doing:

• You work directly with clients to understand project needs and goals from a technical solution standpoint
• Facilitate meetings to analyze the client’s technical requirements
• Act as a subject matter expert and power user to the organization in all things SyncHR and provide training on enhanced processes and new functionality
• Partner with the SyncHR Care team on analyzing problems, developing, and implementing solutions pertaining to system functionality, configuration, and documentation
• Successfully collaborate with team members and clients in both remote and in-person settings
• Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers
• Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance
• Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines

Success will come if you:

• Have the ability to understand and interpret HCM business requirements and how they relate to SyncHR software solution.
• Prior experience building and/or implementing SaaS in HCM space
• Ability to read, write, and execute SQL statements
• Advanced knowledge of report writing concepts and experience with report writing tools
• Experience working with clients to determine query and/or report building requirements
• Possess advanced Excel skills
• Quickly become a product expert
• Understand implementation methodologies as applicable to SaaS and full software configuration
• Ability to build integrations using flat file, csv, and other non-API technical work
• Experience working with an ETL tool is a plus
• Understanding of how REST API’s work and/or experience working w/ tools such as Postman, Mulesoft, etc. are a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
• Will be an advocate for the client
• Ability to manage competing priorities successfully
• Curious and motivated to find solutions and/or create pathways for resources to solve problems
• Comfortable with ticket system to manage workflow, i.e., Salesforce, FreshDesk, etc.
