Your Role: What you'll be doing
- The Technical Support Rep N1 function provides technical support for the PS&TF. This function assists in development of sub-system/component testing to satisfy overall systems requirements for our launch vehicles.
- Must have the capability to provide input to optimize designs for manufacturing, producibility and performance.
- Set-up of test articles, interpretation of engineering drawings or changes as well as assembly and testing requirements is part of the job function.
- Provides direct support to engineering to ensure schedules are met and operations are streamlined to improve efficiency.
- Assist engineering in development of test set-ups that reduce cost, risk and/or improve system performance.
- Assist engineering with investigations of test anomalies as requested.
- Provide input to assist engineering with design factors such as ease of manufacture, availability of materials and equipment, interchangeability, repeatability, and cost.

- High School Diploma or GED and 1 or more years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly, metal fabrication in an aerospace or similar industry.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Self-motivated, team player willing to adapt within a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work overtime, to include extended shifts and weekends.
- Experience in the use and operation of precision measuring devices.
- Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to follow test procedures.
- Ability to understand and adhere to shop practices and safety guidelines.
- Knowledge of industry design and documentation standards.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon a candidate’s experience and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in addition to base pay.
