Position Summary: Specialty Equipment Technicians must be able to diagnose and repair commercial equipment as needed. They should be able to develop a PM schedule and conduct training for internal technicians and Store Associates. Should be able to install and program new equipment. Must be able to log into a WO system to accept and complete work requests. Must be able to work independently without direct supervision and take responsibility for assigned equipment. Must be able to communicate effectively and develop a Team Relationship with In-Source peers and Store Associates.

Job Responsibilities:

· Maintain PM & Reactive service of all food service trades in an approximate 28 Store Sub-Region

· Provide a structured hands-on training to GMT’s quarterly on at least one type of food service equipment

· Complete all training requirements to safely operate and maintain food service equipment

· Provide training to Store Associates weekly regarding care and cleaning of equipment

· Conduct daily inspections after service by walking the food service areas checking for cleanliness and equipment in need of repair

· Evaluate equipment condition and submit equipment for replacement to your Manager

· Develop and maintain parts stock required to make 1st Time Fix of all Food Equipment in the assigned area

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
