This role will be responsible for ongoing telecom support in an inbound call center In Marlborough, MA. The call center assists an underserved population in getting the healthcare access they need and deserve. It is a direct hire role with excellent benefits. Salary to commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the telecom system
• Troubleshoot and repair telecom issues
• Liaison between quality, training, and operations to ensure the call center service levels are met

Qualifications:

• Strong telecom experience
• Five9 strongly preferred
• Call Center Experience, strongly preferred
• Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people.
• Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
• Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
