Mitsukoshi USA operates Japan Pavilion at Epcot at Walt Disney World.

Essential job Functions:

• Maintain kiosks by keeping the areas clean
• Handle cash at registers
• Serve guests their orders and insuring they are correct
• Empty trash
• Greet Guests as they enter the different areas
• Share the Japanese culture
• Explain items on the menu to guest
• Follow established food safety, sanitation and HACCP procedure
• Bus and clean tables/area

other job functions:

• Mentor/Coach new hires respectfully
• Follow Mitsukoshi Handbook
• Attend training being provided by the company
• Continuously look for ways to improve operations

• Work as a cashier (all locations)
• Take guests orders correctly (all locations)
• Make drinks for guests (Garden House)
• Bus tables and keep area clean (Katsura)
• Directing guests to the correct doors for entrance and exit (Katsura)
• Assisting guest quickly
• Follow Food Safety and other safety issues

Qualifications:

• High School or equivalent
• Work with a team
• Fast Food experience a plus
• Able to stand for 8 hours
• Can lift 25 lbs

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY: Epcot is open, 365 days a year. This role requires full availability for any shift, 7 days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
