Performs tasks related to support/maintenance and operational work of NU’s enterprise vendor and in-house developed applications for alumni
- Demonstrated ability to take direction and to work well as a member of a team.
- Ability to read and follow instructions to perform operational work
- Ability to effectively present ideas, oral and written, to technical staff and customers.
- Good customer service and organizational skills
- Functional expertise with Microsoft Office product suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Qualifications Required:
A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience;
Strong writing skills;
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail;
Diligent and can work independently;
Experience working with confidential information;
Professionalism;
Flexibility, adaptability in a fast paced environment.
Software Required:
MS Office suite 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
