The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious temporary HR Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships and service our clients.
This position will report to our agency located in Hunt Valley, MD. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This position is remote.
Responsibilities:
- The HR Consultant is responsible for supporting our external clients with their HR needs.
- This includes recruiting, employee relations, creating/editing handbooks, assisting with compliance regulations in different states.
- Anything else that falls under HR that the client needs assistance with.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of HR experience
- Must be able multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
- Must have strong time management skills. Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
