JOB SUMMARY:

As STIIIZY positions itself to break into the Illinois cannabis market, we are in the process of building our all-star team of Territory Account Managers for the state, with an office located in the Chicago area. As a well-established multistate premium cannabis brand, we plan to hit the ground running and are seeking individuals whose work ethic and sales acumen match that energy. An ideal candidate has proven sales experience, is fluent various industry-specific software including Leaftrade, Outfield, and Odoo, and is capable of working with multiple teams, both company and country wide. Marketing and/or cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required.

This is NOT a remote role. You will be required to come into our office per agreed upon terms. This role requires an ample amount of travel by vehicle.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maximize sales revenue and handle distribution operations within a given territory
  • Provide stellar customer service to accounts
  • Sell and manage simultaneous initiatives and programs, such as promotions, pricing strategies, new products, and merchandising
  • Conduct visits, budtender trainings, and light merchandising
  • Task brand representatives with marketing support tasks
  • Develop innovative ways to improve one’s territory or team’s performance
  • Provide feedback to Sales Leadership Team on opportunities
  • Update CRM software and other internal tracking systems in a responsible, timely manner

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Cannabis industry experience helpful but not required
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred, but not required
  • Salesforce experience preferred, but not required
  • Odoo experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence others
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A resilient and entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset
  • A true team player willing to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done to succeed
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
