This position leads and manages land surveying projects as well as the Land Survey staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate and review activities of field and office staff assigned to various land surveying projects
- Supervise the preparation and completion of survey deliverables
- Work closely with engineering staff and clients
Qualifications:
- Registered in the state of Texas as a Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS)
- 10 years' experience in a similar role managing projects and teams

Must have experience with ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, TSPS Category 1A Land Title Surveys, topographic surveys for design and construction staking
- Must have strong research, analytical and problem-solving
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with all level of employees within an organization

Work effectively in a team environment
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Preferred Qualifications:
- TxDOT experience a plus
- Experience with AutoCAD, Leica, and Microstation experience a plus
