Position Details:
· Executive e-Suite support experience required
· Support desktop peripherals, central print management and audio visual equipment
· 2-3 years’ experience with Five9, Windows 10, ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus and Office365
· Perform Tier One triage on team's tickets then assign tickets appropriately
· Provide KBAs for Help Desk Tier One team to support end-users
