Your responsibilities
Summary of Position:
The Trade and Supply Chain Risk Manager provides centralized support for Trade Risk and Supply Chain compliance across 4 distinct Business Divisions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Monitors, assesses, and applies regulatory Trade Compliance (applicable trade sanctions regulations, embargo provisions or other national or international trade restrictions, etc.)
- Provides internal controls to ensure correct valuation, classification, country of origin etc. are reported on export / import filings, dealings with reputable business partners, etc.
- Centralize the export/ import record banks of each tkMNA Division
- Partners with the relevant stakeholders to establish unified policies and practices for Trade compliance and risk mitigation across all of tkMNA
- Facilitates Supply Chain Due Diligence Tasks for the organization
- Leads the supplier relationship risk management and risk analysis including establishing and maintaining Declaration of Principles / Supplier Code of Conduct
- comprehensive risk management processes, systematic risk assessments, (preventive) measures / actions plans, complaints procedures, verifiable documentation and reporting
- Ensures audits occur for protected rights including direct or indirect violations of human and/or environmental rights
- Liaison with Regional and Global compliance partners around trade and supply chain compliance items

Your profile
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree +5 years of related International Trade Compliance experience or in lieu of 9+ years of related International Trade Compliance experience
- U.S. Person designation is required
- Strong proficiency in International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and Foreign Trade Regulations
- Proficient in product classification to include EAR, ITAR, and Harmonized Tariff Schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed Customs broker, CCS, CES or other certifications
- Microsoft Office / SAP experience
