Job description
We are working with our client in locating a facilitator to lead training for employees who provide bus transportation for school children. In this role, you will facilitate sessions on how to give kids a positive transportation experience to and from school. The goal is to help drivers (and everyone in the company) understand the impact that they can have on a child’s day, week, and even life.
Requirements:
- Must have good classroom management skills to keep the class in line.
- Must be direct but polite.
- Must be able to relate to a wide spectrum of employees (business professional, warehouse, maintenance, drivers, etc.)
- Must be flexible because the training dates have not been determined yet
- You must be able to travel – the classes are in-person at locations throughout the US.
Start: January 2023
Duration/Hours: 3 to 4 month contract
