Job Title: Client Services - Training Consultant

Work Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p (working some weekend/events)

Location: 1700 Lakeside Parkway Flower Mound, TX 75028

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create detailed test scripts based on the test scenarios provided by the Business Analysts for all workstreams.
• Participate in all test cycles to ensure business has appropriate support and is accurate producing test results.
• Create detailed training materials that include business scenarios, business steps, screen shots, etc. using best practice approach.
• Train team members using appropriate mediums for the audience.
• Complete documentation required as part of Symphony methodology.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by Symphony HQ as related to training.
• Partner and participate with the Change Management team to ensure a good understanding of training requirements.
• Help maintain a good sponsorship level to ensure Project success Maintain interactions with Symphony PMO and workstream leads, business leaders, and key stakeholders·
• Documents all risks, action, issues, and decisions and follows through to completion all items associated with the successful implementation of software applications as required to support PMO and Business Leads.
• Responsible for using all program management tools
• Responsible for running day to day status meetings as it applies to Training, updating Kanban board and facilitating the resolution of all open items.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 5x8
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
