This position is located at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.
Tasks for this position must be performed largely on-site, but later assignments may be performed remotely
Essential Functions
- Manage the Enterprise Qualification Program (EQP) as part of the Range Operations team
- Assist managers and supervisors in the development of Enterprise Qualification Requirements (EQR)
- Assist managers and supervisors with documenting Enterprise Qualification Evaluations (EQE)
- Responsible for posting EQR and EQE to SharePoint according to Quality Assurance and EQP requirements
- Manage and maintain EQP database for routine and ad hoc queries by managers and supervisors
- Assist in qualification reviews when needed or requested
- Ensure all mission related qualification/proficiency reports are completed and submitted to management in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations and assist proficiency rehearsal planning team
- Ensure managers and supervisors are notified of employee proficiency deadlines
- Manage the Government Self Study Guides (SSG) process, ensuring periodic reviews of current products and ensuring new SSG are completed for new or modified systems
- Maintain, track and report EQP statistics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Coordinate and review processes related to Operating Instructions, procedures, and operating instructions
- Innovate process improvement oriented ensuring contract compliance and fulfillment while devising and implementing process improvement methods derived from internal and external integrated process team actions
- Coordinate processes across the enterprise
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Ability to work well independently and with team members with limited supervision.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to facilitate direction to supervisor/management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with employees and customers.
- Highly motivated and self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision and guidance
- Ability to work in a support role collaborating with management and team members
- Ability to prioritize and organize own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
Required Experience
- BA or BS in business or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in data/records tracking or related experience
- Launch Range experience desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Additional Eligibility Requirements
- Ability to provide transportation for travel to and between RGNext work locations on Patrick Space Force Base, Kennedy Space Center, and CCSFS
- May require occasional local travel
- The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship or U.S. naturalization
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
