The ideal candidate must have meticulous attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, perform under pressure and possess the skills to build and maintain relationships that will last a lifetime.
We are searching for an exceptionally talented Transaction Coordinator Manager to assist our valued home buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, real estate team and investment company. You’ll learn and manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close and provide exceptional after-sales services.

Compensation:$45,000 - $55,000 base plus commission and bonus
Responsibilities:- Make sure the buyer’s offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process
- Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
- Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
- Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed
- Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner
- Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities
- Communicate with our vendors, attorneys, title companies, lenders, inspectors, etc.
- Scheduling property access, inspections and coordinating contractors for repairs & renovations
- Preparing invoices, commission statements and basic financial accounting
- Supporting our real estate buyers and listing team
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
- Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
- Quick on your feet
- Professional in attitude and appearance
- Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
- Passionate about solving problems
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Extremely strong phone skills; ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions over the phone
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM or project management tools
