Job description
High performing real estate office hiring FULL TIME office Transaction Coordinator and Broker personal assistant. This job is working both in our office and other days by remote.
Must have prior real estate transaction coordinator experience. Duties include sending title orders, reviewing files for compliance, following contracts through the escrow process until closing and other job related tasks. Proficiency in APPFILES, knowledge of MLS and strong local industry connection would be great. Real estate license is a plus but not necessary.
