Transaction Manager Job Description

1031 Paper.com is a start up creative real estate firm based out of Manitou Springs, CO with a growing national presence. We’re not your typical Real Estate Firm. We council investors, brokers & individuals through creative real estate formulas – often times without needing to involve a bank. We teach people to build wealth through trading real estate.

We are looking for a transaction manager to help us build a national presence and assist with transactions. The role includes overseeing the entire sale or exchange transaction process while maintaining client & broker relationships. Organizational skills are a must as there is a lot of paperwork to keep track of.

Transaction Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing transactions in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with Brokers, lenders, Title company representatives to complete strategic objectives.
• Developing and overseeing transaction plans and real estate projects in process.
• Preparing real estate owner property agreements and documents.
• Evaluating dates, contract options, and preparing strategic direction to make sure all is accomplished on time.
• Management of all contract obligations for all parties throughout the transaction process
• Contract archival
• To the best extent possible, streamline sales and exchange transaction progress for all parties

Transaction Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience as a loan officer, title closer, property management, banking, finance, administrative or commercial real estate or has worked with a Title Company or Qualified Intermediary.
• Proficient in MS Office and other applicable software.
• Highly dependable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
