Starting annual pay of $72,000-$100,000+ based on experience and performance

And meet these requirements:

Worked the last 5+ years as a transmission rebuilder
Have a valid driver's license
Have your own hand tools needed for rebuilding ( shop supplies specialty tools )
Reliable and punctual
Able to inspect transmissions & transfer cases and identify the cause of failure
When needed, operate diagnostic equipment (i.e., scanners) to diagnose problems
Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals, which may include office personnel or customers as required
Be committed to continued education in the transmission industry
