Transmission Installer-Pay Based On Experience Starts @ $1500 A Week

$1500-$2000 per week starting pay based on experience + bonuses

YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

IF YOU CAN MEET THESE JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Worked the last 5+ years doing automotive transmission, clutch, transfer case & differential installation & servicing
- Have your own hand tools (shop supplies specialty tools)
- Know how to perform a thorough inspection on a vehicle for the purpose of finding needed services and repairs
- Have the skills to do basic diagnostics & use of a scanner
- Able to work as part of a team to move 5-6 cars a day through the shop
- Possess a valid US Driver's License
- Be insurable on shop's insurance, and possess the ability to drive a vehicle with passengers
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance and to stand for periods of up to 60 min at a time
- Ability to perform major and fine motor skill movements using body to perform the necessary actions to do an assigned job. This also includes the ability to reach overhead, push, pull, bend down, stoope, and other major body movements.
- Able to explain needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals, which may include office staff or customers as required
- Be committed to continued job-related education
- Being able to do swing work is a plus
