UTICA, NY- Mohawk Valley Visiting Nurse Association of Utica and Oneida counties- Home Health RN- 13 weeks- Day shift- 8 hour days. 8a-4pm Monday through Friday
5-6 visits per day minimum. No on call. No weekends
Must haves: NY state license, NY drivers license, Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification,

Computer literacy, including but not limited to data entry, retrieval, and report

Duties include but are not limited to: Ability to work with patients/families of all ages and in a variety of settings, including inpatient facility and patients’ homes presenting diverse physical conditions and social/cultural environments. Ability to drive to and from a variety of settings in varying weather conditions.
Ability to perform physical tasks which include sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, bending, and may include lifting a minimum of 40 pounds.
