Summary:

The Treasury Client Services Analyst acts as a liaison between SO, our clients, and the bank to establish bank accounts and services. Primary responsibilities include opening, maintaining and closing bank accounts, as well as providing internal and external customer service. This position reports to the Treasury Director I.

Responsibilities:

• Process new account requests received from SO in accordance with loan documentation.
• Open accounts as directed for Corporate Accounting / Financial Management
• Create and maintain bank account set-up files
• Provide customer service to our internal and external clients regarding bank accounts and banking services.
• Process close account request received from SO and Corporate Accounting / Financial Management
• Update and maintain the Treasury Database.
• Upload bank statements
• Create, maintain and publish reports related to bank accounts.
• Handle special projects as requested.
• Monitor and resolve overdraft issues as received from the banks.
• Work closely with other areas within Treasury and communicate with others throughout the company.
• Provide back up support to the Payment Services Team
• Provide back up support to Director Treasury – Client Services

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or an equivalent of business work experience;
• Basic knowledge of bank and/or Treasury products and services
• Understanding of cash management banking and analysis
• Problem-solving skills, rational and logical analysis skills.
• Ability to make decisions without supervision.
• Must be able to work with and communicate across all functional lines of the Company and with bank account representatives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bank account opening experience with JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Signature Bank, and/or Bank of America
