Envision Your Experience
The UKG System Administrator maintains the integrity and availability of the HR/Payroll information systems, ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the organization. This position has a dual reporting relationship between the heads of HR and Payroll, and works closely with key stakeholders to help implement UKG, analyze and optimize work process design and flow across all HR and connected business applications, and leverage the return on technological capabilities.
Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.- Location: In this US-based position you will work out of your home office but must be located in the Central, Mountain or Pacific time zone.

Share Your Expertise
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration specific to UKG Pro, along with HRIS implementation experience.- HRIS day-to-day administration, experience aligning information technology with knowledge of human resources and payroll to optimize use of UKG.
- Strong collaboration skills with HR, Payroll and other stakeholders.
- General understanding of employment laws, industry trends, and current best practices.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver expected results on schedule.
- Continuous improvement mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Primary responsibilities include:
Identify, recommend, and program custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.- Provide support for HCM system applications and integrations including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results, data validations, or process errors; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions to meet requirements and automate manual workflows.
- Train staff and new system users on new processes/functionality; prepare training materials, guides and documentation.
- Ensure HCM processes and set-up are legally compliant.
- Occasional travel (<10%) may be required.
