Job description
Working Title: Office Support Coordinator
Supervisor: Director of Academic Program Operations
Primary responsibility
Monitor and perform work required to support student and faculty activities.
Key responsibilities
  • Provide support for faculty including but not limited to developing presentations, managing documentation needs, maintaining data records for student and faculty events.
  • Assist with development of course materials and activities, create proctored exams and test schedules, arrange for guest lectures.
  • Develop and update faculty and student website materials and assist in creation of promotional materials, managing resources.
  • Supervise and assign student workers across units, including reimbursement.
  • Manage faculty and student events, coordinating with faculty and staff for College of Nursing Faculty and Staff (CONFAS), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) intensives, nurse internship program and others, maintaining financial records for events.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Possess a broad understanding of the job and financial and/or accounting responsibilities.
  • Apply skills and knowledge in a variety of processes, procedures, and systems that impact business and fiscal operations/units.
  • Communicate clearly via various methods (Teams, Zoom or other; email; in-person).

  • Ability to plan and organize events within fiscal and human resource parameters.

Shift

Monday thru Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary

Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Hiring Range: $15.29 to $18.75 Hourly
Grade: GGS-7
University Title: Business Support Specialist II
Minimum Qualifications

An Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
