Job Description:
- Read and review catering sheets to ensure proper set-up for scheduled events
- Knowledge of table and room arrangements for meetings, receptions and corporate events
- Lifts, moves, rearranges tables and chairs, serving stations, lines, tableware, serve ware
- Assist with cashier and restaurant operations; light food prep
- Adhere to all food production and sanitation requirements
Job Requirements
- Excellent organization skills, and high attention to detail; ability to work at a fast pace
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs, bend, walk, climb stairs, stand for scheduled shift
- Knowledge of food service with regards to serving food and beverages
- Display high quality customer service to all guests
- Excelent time-management and multi-tasking skills
