Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Kahului, HI

Experience: One (1) year prior outside food service sales coordination or customer support experience; Previous call center experience preferred

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm *Most holidays and every other Sunday

Pay: $16-20/hr depending on experience

Employers Options is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Answer all incoming concerns/needs from all customers
• Handle key pick-up requests, process credits, prepare will-call orders, maintain call list, monitor orders, provide customers with invoice copies, etc.
• Handle transportation/routing on delivery questions
• Communicate regularly with the AE and customers
• Manage the same-day deliveries for the Operating Company (OpCo)
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor

Position Requirements:

• Strong telephone communication skills
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to sit and work at a PC for extended periods
