Opportunity to work with animals. We are a busy 2 doctor veterinary practice, locating in the growing community of Sussex, and are looking to add a new receptionist/vet assistant. We are looking for someone who has patience, takes initiative, and has a sense of humor. No nights! If you have office or reception experience and great customer service skills we want you. Having animal handling experience is appreciated but not required. This position would require some Saturday morning availability. Full Time or Part available with room to grow. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Some of the responsibilities of this position include:

- answering phones

- scheduling appointments

- greeting clients and patients upon their arrival and checking them in for their visit

-assisting doctors, technicians, and other staff members as needed

-some light cleaning, especially with COVID

-getting patient charts ready and checking clients out

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
