Fairway Animal Hospital is currently looking for a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team. We are a 4 doctor companion animal hospital that provides a high standard of care to both the patient and the owner.

Like any animal hospital, an RVT at Fairway would be responsible for patient care and would be required to have technical skills such as collecting lab samples, taking body and dental radiographs, understanding and monitoring anesthesia, and placing IV catheters. The thing that makes our team different is the ability to care for the clients as well, with the ability to create professional realtionships, empathize with their current situation, educate owners on the health of their pet and partner with them each time they visit us.

They would be able to teach and support other individuals who are in school with guidance from their supervisor. • 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• No nights
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
