We are an AAHA accredited, employee-focused, small animal practice, serving the Lake Oswego and surrounding communities since 1976. Our two-doctor, small animal, AAHA accredited practice has continued to serve the community since 1976. From lifestyle customized preventative care, to educating clients, we prioritize and value all relationships. This allows us to recommend treatment approaches tailored to each family’s specific needs.

We would like to add TWO experienced Veterinary Technicians to Lake Grove Veterinary Clinic’s dedicated, forward-thinking team.

What to Expect:

With burn-out rates in our profession at an all-time high, Lake Grove adjusts the caseload based on staffing levels and abilities. We’re closed on Sunday and have lighter cases on Saturday to ensure that nobody works an unsustainable amount.

About You:

You: Anesthetically versed, Certified Veterinary Technician, searching to use your license to the fullest with a cohesive team of professionals, who are committed to quality patient care and keeping themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy.

• Licensed Veterinary Technician who possesses a strong understanding of medicine, including anesthesia monitoring.

• Dedicated to outstanding client service and excellent patient care.

• Enjoy both teaching & mentoring. You understand the importance and value of explaining they “WHY” behind specific treatments/tasks. You truly love veterinary medicine and believe in ongoing engagement in education and growth, in every form.

• Contribute to a positive, respectful, uplifting hospital culture and genuinely love working with people that share that same value.

• Take the initiative. A hard worker who contributes to all areas of the team, understanding how each task contributes to our overall success.

• Versatile – skilled at effectively managing the day’s schedule, keeping appointments on track while adapting to the individual needs of each patient.
